International Test Center operates this website for exam and university guidance. Contact contact@internationaltestcenter.com for privacy questions, access or deletion requests. This notice covers this site and its application workspace; linked universities and exam providers have their own policies.
Information and purposes
We process enquiry details, account identifiers, the profile you choose to provide, application messages and uploaded documents to respond to requests and support your applications. Passkey biometric checks happen on your device; we store the public credential, not biometric data. We do not use this information for advertising profiles.
Storage, access and service providers
Application records and private documents use Cloudflare database and object storage configured in the EU. Authorized administrators and assigned advisors can access records needed for support. Transactional alerts use email infrastructure; payment processing, when enabled, uses Stripe. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page, not this site. Uploaded documents are checked by an authenticated malware scanner before becoming available. Files are processed on our dedicated scanner infrastructure and are not retained there. Private documents and database records are included in encrypted backups retained for up to 35 days.
Retention and your choices
Active account records are retained to provide the service. You can export your account data or request deletion in your profile. Deletion requests are reviewed in the management workspace, with identity and any necessary record-retention checks. Session cookies expire after fourteen days; recovery sessions after one hour. Optional analytics retain daily aggregate counts for ninety days.
Optional analytics and cookies
Optional usage counts are off until you choose to allow them. They do not contain account names, email addresses, document contents or full IP addresses. Necessary cookies maintain sign-in and language choice. You can change your analytics preference on the cookie settings page. We do not sell personal information. With your consent, we retain daily counts of page views and completed actions, grouped by non-personal campaign codes (source, medium and campaign). Campaign attribution stays in session storage until the tab session ends; withdrawing consent clears it. Counts are not unique visitor counts.
